February Challenge and notes

Congrats to Sam on winning February challenge!  Again everyone PRed through out February on this challenge. The challenge for March is in 90 seconds run 200 meters then complete as many tire flips as possible.  Score will be number of tire flips completed.  Men will use heavier tire.

Programming notes: The A/B progressions are working well as everyone is consistently hitting PR’s in each training.  This first week of March we will be toning down the conditioning and adding in a bit more mobility.  We will ramp up conditioning as the month progresses.  Lets hope for warmer weather ASAP so we can get back outside.  Also, we will be doing some Saturday workouts at different outdoor locations once the weather gets a bit warmer…so if you have a suggestion or idea for an outdoor venue please let us know.
