Travel Workouts

Here are a few ideas of workouts one can do while travelling or at home with minimal equipment. 

1. 100 Air Squats, 100 Push ups, 100 Sit ups for time.

2. 100 Burpees for time.

3. 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 for time of Seat Rolls and Air Squats.

4. 5 rounds of 20 Walking Lunges and 20 Pushups.

5. 20-15-10 for time of Pushups and Air Squats.

6. Run a mile for time, with 4 burpees beginning of each minute.
