I know many MOB members are planning on taking on half and full marathons this fall. In order to best prepare and also have some fun we are going to offer a Marathon training program. We will create individualized plans to your specific goals and current fitness. I participated in a couple of these groups down in Tampa in 1999 and 2000, they certainly made the preparation for marathon more fun and doable. MOB FIT Marathon/Half Marathon Training Program
Cost: Free for MOB members, not open to non members.
Included: Mutually agreeable training program based on your individual goals. Accountability also will be provided. Weekly long run as a group, time and locations to be determined based on best fit for group.
Goal: Provide you with the best plan to prepare for your Fall Marathon/Half Marathon while maximizing fun and minimizing chance of injury/burnout/overtraining.
